Low budget hookahs are slightly reduced in their scope of delivery, but regarding the quality, they don't have to hide from the 'normal' ones. The hose connections at some of them are soldered, but this doesn't make any difference when you are smoking.
The low budget hookahs are also from Egypt, they aren't cheap China (Far East) hookahs!
